Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No, we don't ask your credit card information when you sign up. If you then decide to sign up for a paid plan then we'll invoice you and the end of the month.
What happens at the end of my trial?
Active your paid subscription if SmartBiller is right for you. Otherwise you don't need to cancel your account. If becomes inactive and if not used within 6 months will be deleted.
How do I subscribe?
You can activate your paid subscription any time during your SmartBiller trial by clicking Activate button on top of the page when signed in. We'll invoice you and the end each month you use SmartBiller based on actual number of users.
Do you provide discounts for yearly plans?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount if prepaid for the next year.
Is there demo data to test with?
Yes, when you sign up we load some demo data for you to see what it's like to use SmartBiller day to day. However if you would like to load your own data before you subscribe you can clear the demo data at any time by clicking "trial" link on top of the page when signed in.
